Hey everyone. Initially I thought it was fine, but after checking online I realized something was off. Yesterday I ran the Aida64 stability test using HWInfo and noticed the T die hitting around 96°C—definitely too high. I’m using an H100i Platinum, which should handle it just fine. The cooling system seems stable, screws hold well, and everything was installed new in July 2020. After taking it apart, I plan to reassemble it tomorrow and run a small FFT test in Prime95. I’ll share the CPU voltage readings and BIOS logs; they should give accurate info. I didn’t overclock or flash a new BIOS, just wanted it to function normally. It’s possible the fan settings from an AIO case are causing imbalance. If this overheating persists, let me know. P.S. I recall Jay2Cents doing an OC with a 3900x and Crosshair Hero VIII—he mentioned the boards default to high voltage for the CPU (maybe around 1.4V?). I can look up that video if needed.

No, there isn't sufficient airflow in your setup.

It's quite warm. My setup uses a Corsair H115i RGB Pro XT cooler, and it stays around mid-70°C during peak loads.

First check the idle temperature and CPU voltage. Verify if the system information displays accurate data, and consider consulting the Ryzen Master for further details.

You might consider removing the old thermal paste and replacing it with a product such as Thermal Grizzly.

The design doesn’t provide strong airflow, and there aren’t many solid reviews available. The front glass cover appears to be a barrier.

Uncertain if it's a fresh model but the plastic cover might still be attached. Updated March 8, 2021 by LightCrimson Edit I thought you had water cooling, so it doesn't apply here—guess I'm not smart enough.

Hmmm.so what if it's glass in front? There are like 100000 of cases with glass in front of fans. You think that the front fans don't have enough intake because of the glass,oh come on,it's enough on a side of case for vent, the glass is not melting lol... Look at the fans airpressure in mm H2O.I can stick the hannd inside the case and from like 2 feet feel the ambient air coming into the case. The fans are great on this case, premium TT model. yeah right, totally forgot about that

That note is quite detailed, but I understand. I have the MX-4.
