I'm testing it on an HD 4600 using my 4790k. Just got the latest version, so everything should be set up and I was experimenting on the test range when it occurred.

Could be drivers involved. Have you recently made updates? If yes, try to reverse it; if not, correct it.

You're using Windows 10 Tech Preview with updated drivers, so I'll need to revert them to check if the issue resolves.
