If you spot it at a reduced cost, then it's a good deal. The vehicle choices are solid and the game leans more toward an arcade feel, yet it's still a solid open-world experience. Compared to NFS World before its closure, The Crew offers a much bigger and richer environment (though the actual tracks are scaled down) and manages to cover a lot of ground. For a title aiming to represent the entire United States, they do a decent job. Just completing the main story missions gave me a really satisfying 20 hours of racing. Wild Run is still in closed beta and free with a key, but I won't be able to carry over progress until the full release on November 17.
