The Task Manager is displaying all running tasks with zero percent CPU usage
In Task Manager, it shows the total CPU usage, but every single process says 0% on its own. Anyone know how to fix this? Here is a link to check the details.
I guess but I am not certain that the number has been rounded off, and that these numbers look pretty much like what's listed under "Disk," which means they are smaller than 0.5 so they aren't being rounded up. Also, there isn't a way to display decimal percentages in the "CPU" column right now. I don't think we can fix this issue.
