The BIOS settings on your motherboard aren't allowing you to adjust the DRAM voltage. When you input a desired value, the voltage indicator stays red regardless of what you enter. Even for 1.21, it defaults to 1.20V. Your RAM is rated at 3200MHz and 1.35V, but it's locked at 1.20V, which is the default for DDR4. Enabling XMP makes the voltage display red, and after saving changes and restarting, your PC freezes and requires a CMOS reset.

Are you certain the board can handle running over 1.20? That would be unusual but worth verifying. Which board are we talking about? It seems the comma might be the issue if you're entering 1,20 directly. Edited June 19, 2022 by An0maly_76 Updated with more details

On Pinnacle Ridge, specifically with your Ryzen 5 2600, the maximum frequency for both DIMM slots is around 2933 MHz.

Can a 1.2V supply work with a 2933 MHz chip? You want maximum performance without altering the board, but you're experiencing frame drops.

Typically DDR4 boards above 2666 default to 2666 unless XMP/DOCP is enabled. I suspect this board recognizes the maximum per CPU and adjusts voltage accordingly.
