The Task Manager usage shows a high demand. It’s clear your processor shouldn’t be operating at just 912 MHz under heavy load. Execute ThrottleStop. https://www.techpowerup.com/download/tec...ottlestop/ View the Limit Reasons window and confirm if any throttling causes are highlighted red. If BD PROCHOT appears red, return to the main screen and remove the BD PROCHOT entry. Does your processor now run at its maximum rated speed? Share any additional screenshots that might indicate further throttling issues in the Limit Reasons section. The Utilization figure shown in the Task Manager Performance tab doesn’t reflect CPU load; use the Details tab for accurate reporting. Remember, CPU throttling is common when an Intel processor limits performance like this.
