Attempted to overclock the Ryzen 3 1300x yet it fails to boot after manual CPU ratio adjustment. Tried resetting the CMOS battery but still no boot, possibly the motherboard debug LED isn’t working properly. I noticed the BIOS keeps looping during startup. Here are my details:

Ryzen 3 1300x
MSI B350 MORTAR ARCTIC
Avexir 8gb RAM
Update: Managed to boot after a few attempts, but persistent issues remain.
Hard reset or AVR reset sometimes works. Current system restarts to BIOS repeatedly without starting properly.

It's possible your CPU or memory was damaged; consider swapping components and testing your system on a basic setup to see if it works.
