I previously owned a 1080TI and upgraded to an RX 7900XT. After reinstalling Windows without a full clean install, everything functioned well until I encountered issues while using Google Chrome. The computer froze completely with no BSOD or sound, lasting over fifteen minutes before I force-closed it and rebooted. Fans continued spinning during the freeze. Once, I experienced a BSOD due to a WATCHDOG error, but that has not occurred since. This freezing problem recurs multiple times daily, typically occurring while browsing or using apps like Mod Organizer 2 or Discord. I've run Prime95 without crashes either. Specifics: Intel i5-13600K, 32GB RAM, RX 7900XT, 650W PSU. Actions taken include disabling MPO/DDU in safe mode, turning off Freesync and other options, updating AMD drivers, and downloading the latest software. The likely solution is upgrading my power supply, as the recommended model is 750W but I suspect the issue might stem from the PSU itself. Apart from that, a fresh Windows installation would be the next best step before considering a PSU upgrade. The only reason I haven't done it yet is that I recently purchased this 650W PSU, which is still less than six months old. My Corsair TX650M model. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Enhance your power delivery. 650W falls short for this advanced gear; 850W or higher works well, and going with 1000W would be ideal. A 13600KF might still limit performance on a 7900 XT.

Have you attempted to turn off hardware acceleration across all applications? Are videos frequently causing crashes while you browse?

I turned off hardware acceleration in Google, yet the problem continues—I haven’t disabled it everywhere.
