I switch it off each time to prevent dealing with the issue. I just avoid doing it unless I'm unsure or need to verify it's still active.
Turn off wake-on-LAN in BIOS and the system settings. Consider unplugging the LAN cable first to see if the issue persists.
Your BIOS lacks that capability. You might be able to achieve it by turning off the option "allow this device to wake the computer" in the settings of the network adapter.
Every BIOS includes this feature, though it might be limited in older models. Disconnecting the LAN cable could assist.
Power Management -> Restart by alarm - Power Management turned off -> AC BACK ON -> Always Disable Power Management -> ErP - > Active (important, turns off Wake on LAN which is set by default on this Gigabyte board)
