I assure you, it requires significant effort to remove everything and verify it. Do you have alternative suggestions?

You can attempt testing your ram modules individually.
Place one module in slot a1 and see if the system boots.
Repeat with each other slot to identify any faulty slots.
This process will reveal if any ram slot is malfunctioning.
Next, repeat the procedure for all remaining modules.
However, I strongly suspect there may be an issue with the cpu socket.

Here you are. The curve isn't bent; I've already completed the ram shuffle. Resetting Windows didn't help.

Cpu socket pin misalignments become visible only under specific perspectives. In photo #3, the alignment of the lower pins is clear, while the upper part remains unclear. A different angle is required to see the alignment of the upper section. The rest of the images are taken from poor angles or lack sharpness. What were the outcomes?

I captured images from every angle plus an off-angle one for thorough checking. None of them are blurry at all. The problem isn't the pins, as I mentioned earlier. It's not a hardware issue. All slots function properly, but when using more than two at once, windows fail to detect the third or fourth slot. I noticed it was set with just two sticks and it shows only two slots available. https://imgur.com/a/mG55CGi View: https://imgur.com/a/mG55CGi

Yes, I was able to start Windows using a single module in any of the four RAM slots.

Yes. I used one stick at a time, tested each slot thoroughly, and every stick worked perfectly.

Run a memory test using memtest86.
Additionally, consider setting up a new partition on one of your drives and installing a new Windows installation there.
Check whether the new Windows recognizes all RAM modules.

I requested a fresh installation of your operating system.
Not a reset of your OS.
These are distinct actions.
Create a new bootable USB using Windows Media Creation Tools, delete all drives except the one you want to install, then erase the drive completely and run the installation offline (without accessing the internet). Install all necessary drivers manually via an elevated command prompt, for example: Right click the installer > Run as Administrator.

I don't notice any bent pins.
The ram part number comes from a dual kit of 8gb.
It seems you have two distinct 16gb ram kits with the same part number.
They aren't from a single matched set.
Ram needs to match correctly to function properly.
Your kits might contain different XMP settings, which could be causing issues.
Enter the ram bios settings manually.
Going above the default 1.35v may help.
Try small adjustments up to around 1.45v.
Once you're confident, run memtest to verify.
A complete test with no errors should work fine.
