I've attempted various methods including running as admin, using compatibility mode, removing and reinstalling on another drive. Still, the Raidcall program doesn't function properly. A Wizard.exe 32-bit appears in Task Manager linked to it—does that indicate something? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Did you review the Event Viewer for any issues? Or attempt to determine whether RaidCall maintains a log and examine it. Good luck.
