Microsoft recently added the Windows 10 update assistant to my system without my knowledge, and it has been automatically downloading updates daily for about a week now. Although it appears legitimate, the installation process isn’t completing properly. I’ve seen the same screen before, but I’m unsure why it keeps looping. I tried downloading the update file myself from the official site, but it just cycles back to this page. My antivirus scans with Malwarebytes and Avast both show no threats.
