While downloading Windows, I chose my specific drive and clicked next to proceed, but when I pressed next it said "isn't creating a new partition or locating an existing one." I didn’t understand the message and looked up similar issues online, tried some fixes, but none helped. I used discpart commands, watched many YouTube videos, and searched on Google without success.
