I have Windows 10 with the newest creator updates. My power plan shifts on its own, moving between balanced and high performance modes. I’m unsure if this happened before I updated, but I didn’t notice it earlier. I’m looking for a solution to this issue and would really appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you all!

Then it's kind of funny... Any performance tools installed that temper with those settings?

It might be linked to being connected or a power surge. I'm using balanced mode to check its behavior. Do you experience similar moments? It could happen on startup, after a reboot, or by chance.
