I've been using this laptop for some time now and I'm experiencing performance problems. Occasionally everything runs smoothly with solid frame rates, but sometimes the game stutters and drops to low FPS. I checked my GPU using gpu-z and noticed high power consumption during idle times even when performance is okay. The issue persists even after cleaning up drivers and reinstalling Windows 11. I also tried a fresh installation of the GPU drivers with DDU, but it didn't resolve the problem. Apologies for any confusion—I'm not fluent in English yet.
Your problem isn't about voltage. It's due to limitations from the graphics card's BIOS.
When someone isn’t operating it, there must be a reason. A graphics card shouldn’t hit its maximum unless there’s a purpose behind it.
