Hello.
I was adjusting my Ryzen 5 1600 to 3.80 and the task manager still shows the same number. When I increased it to 3.90, the task manager displayed only 3.20, while other programs indicated 3.90. What is incorrect? My BIOS setting says 3.90, but the system shows 3.20. And here it says Base Speed is 3.20, while other programs say 3.90. How can I fix this?

Yes, it's incorrect in Task Manager, as it doesn't consistently detect OC and instead relies on the CPU's hardware width reading.
