It's a Dell OptiPlex 7020 running an i3 4th generation processor, but I'm unsure why the date and time aren't set each time you boot it.

It seems the CMOS battery is depleted. You’ll likely have to swap it out—this small CR2032 cell helps maintain functions like the clock when the computer isn’t running.

The CMOS battery is usually inside the motherboard, not on the motherboard itself.
