I understand the situation and have noticed many similar experiences. I attempted to adjust the maximum memory setting in msconfig, but it frequently reverts to a lower value. There may be a BIOS feature that resolves this issue—please check your documentation for any relevant options. Thank you ahead of time.

They appear to be 8 GB drives, but it seems one could be faulty. Consider testing with only one and check if the system starts.
