The system halts during increased performance settings.
I just completed a PC build featuring an i9 9900K and 16GB of 3600MHz RAM. However, when I tried overclocking, the system would freeze for minutes after startup whenever I pushed the CPU beyond 4.8GHz. Also, setting the RAM to over 3200MHz caused it to completely fail to boot. Right now I’m running at 4.8GHz and 3200MHz and everything works well, but I’m curious if there’s a way to push performance further.
You likely have them at maximum unless you boost them with more voltage, which might harm the CPU if you overdo it for too long.
It's best to avoid referring to auto voltage as any special feature. Understand the specific needs of your CPU through research and experimentation.
