Your computer is experiencing slow performance with occasional freezing, even while browsing the internet. It runs an MSI B450 tomahawk system equipped with a Ryzen 5 3600 processor, 32 GB of 16x2 Corsair Vengeance LPX RAM at 3000MHz, and 250GB of Samsung 970 Evo SSD. You have a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 Super Windforce OC, Asus PCE-AX3000 Keychron K7 Logitech MX master 3, an AKG K72 monitor with touch screen, USB-C to SATA cable, SSL2 audio interface, and a Deity S-mic 2 LG 270UL500 (27-inch 4K via DisplayPort). Even after a fresh Windows 10 installation, the same issues persist.

The process of converting the USB type C to a SATA cable works well now. I’ll keep monitoring for a while and make updates. Regarding the USB C adapter, it might be causing delays because it’s not optimized for high-speed data transfer compared to the SATA connection.
