Unfortunately, it hasn't arrived yet until the 27th. Hopefully I won't have the same problem. If you're using the system on your profile, what GPU drivers are installed? EDIT: I've come across some discussions about SLI issues, and someone mentioned a bug in preload that got fixed after deleting and re-downloading everything. I recall Showdown had a CTD issue too (Nvidia).
