Completed the memtest and Bootup from USB to the full test ran smoothly without any interruptions. The entire process took roughly 3 hours and finished without errors. I believe this mystery will really challenge my brain to a crisp.

Disconnect the GPU and connect the monitor to the motherboard. Start the system using the OS disk and the Windows flash drive.

Hello,
Apologies for the delayed response. I haven’t had much time to experiment with the System lately.
This morning, I separated the GPU and replaced the CMOS with a fresh battery. The system started up properly. I ran several stress tests on CPU, RAM, and all drives at the same time for about 5 to 6 hours. I also performed multiple restarts and cold starts, and it seems stable now. I cleaned carbon from the GPU gold contacts using an eraser and plan to reconnect the GPU today if possible. Thanks for your help. I’ll share updates once the GPU is installed and after tomorrow’s tests.
I hope everything functions correctly. 🤞

I checked the system using a GPU and it stopped immediately. It seems the GPU or the power supply unit might be the problem. Should I consider returning the PSU for repair? Because the GPU isn’t covered by warranty and can’t be replaced easily.

At the psu unplug and replug all the cables.....test. If no help you might want to try using the cables that came with the new psu.

Sorry for the delayed update once more.
I attempted to disconnect all the old cables and switched to the new ones. I also tried using the free slots on the PSU in case a slot was faulty, but it didn’t help. After unplugging the GPU, it still didn’t work. Even after removing all drives, including Windows drives and the BIOS, the PC would freeze with a black screen. It only functioned perfectly in the BIOS settings menu, and I ran memtest86 and stress tests for hours without issues, though I no longer have the means to repeat them.

I checked if anything was wrong with the motherboard by removing it completely and searching for swollen capacitors or burn marks, but everything seemed fine.
My only solution now is to return the PSU for replacement and hope it’s not delivering power properly. I also hope the next RMA will fix this. If not, the most likely issue might be the motherboard itself, which would need to be replaced.

Thank you for your assistance.
