Hi, my laptop is nearly new but it stopped working a few months after use. The hard drive failed because it made noises, then the computer froze. After that, I inserted a new system disk and installed Windows correctly. It took up the available space and the HDD now shows up in BIOS with its name. However, when I start the laptop after installation, the same issue keeps happening. Please help me resolve this.

Did you confirm the correct boot sequence? Is the device positioned accurately?

Order the boot sequence clearly: HDD, add eSATA HDD, USB memory, USB, and LAN.

Prioritize HDD or add as needed based on your input.

It seems to be an HDD or SSD, yet it doesn’t function properly despite showing availability and using up space for Windows.
