Hi everyone, I’m experiencing a problem with my PC that’s been running for 4 to 6 hours. It starts stuttering during gaming or web browsing, and a quick restart resolves it. I’m curious about the cause and whether there’s a solution. My previous system would stay on for weeks without this issue, and I understand computers can handle long periods. The stuttering feels like lag, with the mouse jittering across the screen regardless of programs or games. Temperatures are normal before and during these episodes, and I haven’t done any overclocking—just XMP profiles. Thanks in advance for your help.

Investigate the task manager closely for signs of high demand. Look for unexpected resource usage that could indicate performance issues.
