Hello!
My CPU is an Intel Core i5 3570k, the motherboard is MSI Z77A-G45, and I have G.Skill F3-2133C9D-16GXH RAM.
Even though the RAM's rated speed is 2133MHz, it can boot at higher frequencies such as 2200 and 2400MHz.
Despite all the adjustments I made to RAM, IMC voltage, and timings, the system still keeps rebooting when I select 2133MHz.
The system has been tested and can operate with these configurations.
Settings tried: 1333mhz 1.5V, 1600mhz 1.5V, 1866mhz 1.5V, 2000mhz 1.6V, 2400mhz 1.65V (boots but memtest reported errors).
At 2133MHz it boots but keeps failing on memtest.
I suspect the RAM might be working fine, but there seems to be an issue preventing stable operation at that frequency.
Please help me!

I believe you should attempt reinstalling your Windows. Occasionally, certain spam programs can lead to this issue. Resetting your PC might help resolve the problem.
