I hadn't used my laptop recently, so when I attempted to play games it didn't recognize the graphics card. After some effort, I discovered it was hidden in the Device Manager, and I could view it in the BIOS.

No, it's not disabled. It appears to be active or enabled based on the current state.

It doesn’t explain how to turn it back on; it just updates and when you press that it claims the newest drivers are installed.
