My laptop is now downloading the Windows 10 Creators Update. It's a huge update, and I'm quite worried that it will reach the daily throttle limit that my ISP has set on my plan. If it does, can I cancel the update and resume downloading tomorrow? Will the download pick up where it left off, or would I have to download the whole thing again?

It will fetch the required files from the resume directly, speeding up the process by verifying each item and resubmitting any that are missing or damaged.
