I own this wireless adapter from the link you shared. I used Ethernet before but now I need to switch back. My Wi-Fi connections aren’t showing up in the taskbar, and the device is missing from both the control panel and Device Manager. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the card and drivers multiple times, tried various drivers, and even added it manually in Device Manager. The LED on the card is lit, and I’m certain it works natively with Windows 10. This has been quite frustrating lately.
