Hello everyone,
My Windows 11 computer has recently begun experiencing several issues:
While typing, the system freezes abruptly. The text disappears from the screen, and even the Webex audio stops working. At the same time, both the mouse and keyboard stop responding. After roughly half a minute, the system “unfreezes” and all the characters I had typed while it was frozen reappear on the screen.

I ran a virus scan, but no infection was detected. For a second opinion, I brought the PC to a local technician, who used some software tools and confirmed everything was normal. Still, the problems persist and it’s quite frustrating.

I would really appreciate any advice or suggestions on what might be causing this and how I could resolve it.
Thanks in advance!

Update your post with complete hardware details and operating system information. Provide the power supply specifications, including voltage, wattage, age, and condition (original, build, refurbished, used). List all connected peripherals. Specify whether the network is wired or wireless. Check Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer for any error codes, warnings, or events logged near the time of freezing. Consider that another application might be running in the background to handle backups, updates, or data synchronization. The current action locks the system, causes instability, then restarts it.
