The Surface Go 2's microphone setup isn't functioning properly.
I've already used the troubleshooter, verified app permissions, reinstalled the driver, but the microphone still won't function. The sound recorder isn't capturing audio and reports no input device is connected even though the Mic Array is enabled. Testing the mic produces no results. What additional steps could help?
