When connecting via USB, the HDD storage appears as 0GB out of 1000GB, and without a connected drive it shows 1000GB. During Windows installation attempts using USB, it displays 0GB, making file selection impossible. If you have any experience fixing this issue from the BIOS, please let me know.
Are you referring to this section of the installation? Choose your drive from the options and press Delete. You’ll then be able to set up Windows in the unused area.
