I was getting Doom installed smoothly until the download page stopped responding and the library section became inaccessible. It looks like a temporary issue with Steam, though I’m new to it. My laptop is a brand new Asus Tuf A15 PXL from April 2023. The file name is brand new: Brand new laptop Asus Tuf A15 PXL_20230417_152142527.LS~4.mp4

These tools are essentially Chromium containers wrapping HTML sites. Have you experimented with the traditional restart-and-test method?

I've restarted and nothing has changed—still downloading, but I can't view it or launch other games. I'm considering an uninstall, but I don't want to do that while it's already taken 12 hours to reach 61% completion.

I attempted a fresh install of Steam, but it didn’t work—it keeps crashing, just like my video in the original version.

I believe I resolved the issue temporarily. It seems DDU reinstalled the Nvidia driver, and then the igpu was turned off in the BIOS.
