Is this the right thing to do? It's my first AMD build and the first in 13 years. I just need everything to function properly without extra steps. Can I reinstall the same BIOS and hopefully fix it?

I activated the memory contest, so do I also have to turn on power down mode?

Alright, asking a simple question but wondering if the power supplies should turn on during boot. My system had two PSUs that stayed on until I started up—CPU was red and DRAM was yellow, and it took 65 seconds to boot. Could anyone clarify if this is normal? If not, could it be related to my CPU or RAM? Thanks.

Work with the BIOS settings.
Disable xmp boot and verify the BIOS time.
Remove the 970 disk check BIOS time.
Plug in just one stick of RAM in the correct slot and confirm the BIOS time.
Take out the GPU and connect to the IGP check BIOS time.
Unplug any external devices and check the BIOS time.

Any thoughts on the LED video you shared? Are they functioning properly or is there an issue?

You may attempt it without it, though it is likely to damage Windows. Both must remain active with the current agesa.

Refer to your motherboard manual for accuracy, though the orange LED indicates RAM on at least two of your AM5 boards.

I replaced the RAM and re-seated it. The GPU is also working, and now even the boot LED lights up 😅
