It seems the PS4 doesn't natively read NTFS files, so you might have to reformat the drive to get access.

It wouldn't accept the drive at all since installing Windows 10 requires formatting it as NTFS, a format only Microsoft can legally use. For the PS4 to read the drive, it needs to be in FAT32 or exFAT.
