I won't accept that drive isn't compatible. It's different. Have you used minimal, outside the case, on cardboard? It works well for testing. Edited December 18, 2023 by leclod
I encountered the same problem with the crucial T500. I swapped it for another model and faced the same issue with an Aorus Master Z390. Their DRAM isn't compatible with the MB. I have two other M2 units that work fine (no DRAM) and had RAM disappearing. I removed two RAM modules to keep 16GB (two dimmers) but only detected 8GB. I could see the drive but couldn't post with four dimmers. I changed the RAM and still had the same problem. I'm returning the replacement if anyone can help.
