Hello, I'm currently trying to boot Windows and noticed a note on the list indicating an issue. The Crucial MX500 M.2 SATA is showing a constant red light. As someone new to building PCs, my first concern is whether it works with an ASRock B450 fatal. Thanks for your assistance!

Have a backup system ready? Create a GParted USB with Rufus and format it there. The software will guide you through setting up the GPT partition table.

The G part can configure the drive to a more advanced setting, with an option to modify partition tables that Windows might need. If the drive appears, it means everything is working correctly.

Currently I ran Rufus and at the end when I clicked ready it warned that everything on the USB would be destroyed... I’m not sure if that was the right decision when I needed USB Windows for booting.

You just saved the Windows 10 ISO from Microsoft's tool and created a USB drive using GParted.

rufus is specifically designed for Linux ISO files. You just need to download the Windows ISO file mentioned by street guru above.

He just wrapped up and mentioned I should turn off secure boot, is that okay? Also, checking the folders shows two directories named Linux.
