I'm placing all my old components into a new Corsair 5000d airflow unit, but mounting the SSD isn't leaving enough space for a SATA cable connection.

Same issue occurred before help came through; it wasn’t obvious until today’s answers appeared. It turns out they can’t be placed inside the bracket as expected—it needs to be secured with screws and mounted directly on the bracket. The 4000d airflow model still faces the same problem.
