Hello, right now im trying to boot windows but my pc cant recognize mx500 m.2 sata ... I tried replacing it with working one from another pc and its still red light and no ssd on pc... could someone please help me? Thanks for help

It appears many users are facing challenges with M.2 drives. Have you checked if your BIOS is current?
