Yes, the upload speed should be 50MB/s, but it's working at 50MB/s on your laptop and phone, not on your PC.

It's linked through Ethernet using a 200MB/s cable, and there was also an adapter connection that had problems before. I just put in a Kraken Z X62 and believe it might have affected my board, since the issue began after installation.

It seems unlikely your board was harmed in a way that led to this issue, but have you verified your CPU temperature? If your cooler wasn’t secured correctly and the CPU is overheating, it might be throttling performance. Ensure no cables are loose near your NIC, as they can cause interference. Consider switching to a different cable.

Check using various speed test sites and servers. Determine if your device is directly linked to the router via Ethernet or if another device sits in between (such as a switch, powerline adapter, or MoCa adapter).
