The recommendation for 1080/RTX/60FPS performance comes from a 2500k processor, while 4K/RTX/60FPS requires 9700k. The gap between these two CPU models is about four times faster, delivering an 80-100% boost in speed. I usually believe a more powerful CPU is needed for higher resolutions, not just for better framerates. At least not this significant an increase. My main concern is that my current 9600K doesn’t meet the requirements for 4K at 60 frames per second.

It's conceivable that with high settings, additional physics calculations occur on the CPU, increasing the system's CPU demand. I'm not entirely certain about this.
