The speaker's audio remains very quiet even when turned up to full volume.
There have been several attempts to resolve the low speaker audio issue. Despite setting all volume controls at full capacity and adjusting the Realtek Audio Console settings, the problem persists. Only after installing the third-party application "Equalizer APO 1.3" and increasing its volume by 20 decibels could I begin to hear any sound through the speakers. This fix is specific to my speakers, which rely on Realtek audio, whereas my headset uses a different USB audio device without issues. The steps I've tried include:
- Raising all volume meters in the volume mixer to 100%.
- Setting every meter in the Realtek Audio Console to 100%.
- Removing and reinstalling the Realtek audio driver.
- Upgrading to new speakers, which still showed the same problem even at full volume.

Verify if your Lenovo motherboard requires a BIOS update. Locate the corresponding BIOS and driver using your prebuilt's serial number on Lenovo's support page, which will display a tailored section for your prebuilt. After updating the BIOS, ensure your operating system is ready for any pending updates. Remove the current audio driver and reinstall the newest version through an elevated command. Where did you obtain the installer for your OS?
My operating system was already set up with Windows 11. Using Lenovo Vantage to look for updates confirmed everything was current.
Through my investigation, I discovered that people using Windows 11 have encountered the same problem, though I haven't identified a fix yet. It could be related to an update.
