I achieved +100 FPS at high settings on a 75Hz display, but the game runs very choppy, almost like 30 fps. I tried setting the game's FPS to match the monitor’s frequency, but that didn’t help. I checked all video options and settings, but nothing resolved the issue. This problem only occurs with CS-GO and Insurgency, which have the latest drivers and no GPU or CPU issues. I have 16 GB of RAM and no bottlenecks. Can you suggest a lighter solution?
i'm having same issues and my mouse is choppy it's like there's a bug in the system and it seems like my frame get worse if i set my fps to 120 or lower and 120 is my screen rat however i set it to 125 or higher seems like theres no issues really just mouse lag baddly and out right...
