- Installed the newest Handbrake version nightly
- Experienced no issues before today
- Encountering problems encoding videos at 30–40 FPS on an overclocked 3570k
- Looking for possible solutions or fixes

Have you considered bringing your OC back to its original state?

Consider reverting to the stable build. Verify no changes were made to output settings. Attempt encoding the source video at the previous higher frame rate to rule out content as the cause. Write the file to another directory. Also, check the speed at which videos were encoded before this point.

It was operating at a slow pace both before and after the OC.

I've completed everything already. Regardless of what I try, it keeps slowing down.

It hasn't been tested yet. Before this version, the speed of encoding videos was unknown.

I've tested the newest stable version (0.9.9) and my performance improved noticeably—encoding reached 40 to 50 frames per second, which is significantly higher than before. However, it still lags behind what I normally experience. Above 100 FPS feels unrealistic for me, but it’s definitely slower than before.

The only possibility is a higher bit-rate or RF configuration than before. For instance, at 12 MHz I achieve 40 FPS, while at 20 MHz it's 60 FPS. If nothing changed, you likely have background processes running or Windows needs reinstallation. EDIT: WTF 100 FPS? I’m not sure there’s that big a difference between Sandybridge and Ivybridge. Please upload the source file and link it.
