Hello everyone, first of all I'm sorry for my unclear English. It seems I might be having some issues with AMD software. For instance, when I cap the FPS in the game, it doesn't work properly on the global level. After entering the game, I try to adjust the FPS again from the software itself, but still no improvement. It looks like my display and graphics settings aren't functioning correctly during games.

I'm playing Fortnite, but I'm not a fan just for the game—I just enjoy playing with friends. I usually get crazy FPS drops, going from 180 to around 20 if I move quickly. The stuttering happens sometimes, though it's not always. I've searched a lot but can't fix this. My system is an i3 8100 with an RX580 graphics card, 8GB RAM, and 2400MHz memory (all files are on NVMe M.2 drives). I know the processor isn't great, but many videos show that it runs smoothly without those big drops.

My suggestion is that the RAM might be the problem. Sometimes maps don't load properly, causing textures or objects to appear missing or not fully loaded. That could explain why 8GB doesn't seem enough for Fortnite. I found on forums that increasing the RAM voltage can help, but they say the stutters disappear once it works. What do you think? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

They were more likely to boost RAM to 16GB initially.
