Sorry for the lengthy message. I shared it in a comment section in a last-ditch effort and am now returning to the BIOS again to try once more. For the hundredth time, sincerely. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I truly hope I've provided all necessary information. Thank you in advance.

Finally figured it out. I realized I must have cleared CMOS each time the OC failed, and that was all! =)
