Check if there’s any space around the CPU cooler and adjust its position. If needed, remove or reposition it to ensure the RAM slot isn’t blocked.

And when you turn the CPU cooler 90 or 180 degrees? The logo should be facing the opposite side of the RAM slots, which is the standard placement. You might be able to spin the ring without taking out the whole cooler. Four sticks can be tough to manage with XMP/DOCP on Ryzen processors.

So long as there is enough vertical clearance: you could try removing the coolers plastic shroud (the bit with AMD written on it, think it comes off with a twist), installing the ram and then reinstalling the plastic scroud. Or you could temporaily unscrew the fan (just the fan, not the heatsink). If there isn't enough vertical clearance, you'll need to unscrew the fan (just the fan, not the heatsink) and rotate it before reinstalling.

You can try removing the remaining screws one by one. If they’re still tight, you might need a bit more force or a different tool.

Occasionally the cooler becomes stuck due to cooling paste. Power on the PC briefly so the CPU warms up a bit. Then turn it off, remove the wall plug, and gently rotate the cooler around the CPU. Be very careful not to pull the CPU out of its socket. You can't rotate or remove the ring with the AMD logo?

The image doesn't appear as expected, but simply adjust the cooler by rotating it 180 degrees. Nice idea!
