I just installed a new computer... the LAN drive is current and the CAT5e cable is fine. Yet while playing online I keep experiencing sudden lag spikes or freezes—I don’t understand what’s happening. It’s really frustrating! Could you help me fix this annoying issue? Thank you very much!

This might be your ISP, and the only option is to switch the ISP.

Have you refreshed the equipment? The router, modem, and so on. As noted before, this might be your ISP. What type of internet connection do you use? Cable, DSL, Fiber, or another?
