The site updated its CPU ratings information!
These chips currently listed on your site claim average CPU passmarks of 5640 and 5573. This information comes from cpubenchmark over several years (2017 to about four months ago), showing scores like 8311 and 8122. That indicates a significant drop of nearly 32%—making their data unreliable. I’m not sure what else I’m missing. PS—I reached out to cpubenchmark.net, but they didn’t respond.

It will always leave me in awe of seeing people simply copy and paste content from other sites without making any changes
The information from this site isn't reliable to rely on—it's just another source among many offering limited insights into actual performance.
So the answer is relying on other websites' information? Perhaps urging them to clarify how such large score drops could happen?
Consider alternative platforms for checking CPU performance ratings so you can make an informed purchase decision.
You could always view performance and comparison clips from people you rely on, such as GN, Bitwit, Paul, Hardware Unboxed, and many more.
Avoid relying on one site full of misleading ratings. Seek out detailed reviews backed by actual data and performance numbers. Check out Gamers Nexus for useful insights. Most comparison platforms lack solid testing methods, making accurate CPU scoring difficult.
