The 860k will perform better than the Q6600, especially when you tweak it. It might not be ideal at medium or high speeds, but it should work fine at low settings.

The 760k model performs 60% worse than the suggested CPU. It's not the lowest spec, but it's still... I wish he didn't lose his money.

Somewhat so, plus the fact that that person was achieving around 60 frames per second thanks to a much better processor. They assume you'll see slower rates. But don't let it fall below 40.

I'm testing a 4690k processor at 4.6ghz, and it seems to be utilizing nearly all cores. It looks like it might get slow down significantly.
