The screw remains tight despite using various screwdrivers, and I’m unsure how to fix it. I’m stuck with the secondary M.2 slot, but upgrading storage isn’t an option. Heating it with a soldering iron worked briefly before the tool failed after five minutes. This seems unusual—could you confirm if others have faced similar problems? Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

It’s unlikely to harm the motherboard, but an impact driver will work quickly. Remember to handle it carefully so the blade stays on the traces while spinning...

We require images to offer precise assistance. When available, I often use needle nose pliers to retrieve small screws if they come loose. Avoid using impact tools on your computer parts.
